Multi-Crew Cooperation training course

What is it?

The aim of the MCC course is to illustrate, develop and train the skills you need to safely operate a commercial air transport aircraft in a multi-crew environment. Designed in accordance with EASA Part-FCL AMC1 FCL.735.A, it prepares you for your future Type Rating in a modern transport-category aircraft, such as the Airbus A320.

What does it include?

The course is structured in two phases:

  • Phase 1 – Theoretical knowledge instruction

In this phase you will learn all the theoretical information required for the successful completion of this course. It takes around 2 weeks, all in the comfort of your own home, where you can access all the training materials, progress checks, and home exams from your PC, tablet, or mobile phone.

At the end of this phase you will have a good command of CRM and MCC principles, to be applied during the simulator training phase.

  • Phase 2 – Synthetic flight training

In this phase you shall apply all the accumulated information to different training scenarios you will be presented with, during the course of 5 simulator sessions, or 20 flight hours (10 hours PF and 10 hours PM) in our Airbus A320 simulator located in Bucharest. You will find that all the flight exercises in this phase are extracted from the Airbus A320 Type Rating program.​

What does it require?

The entry requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum 18 years of age;

  • Minimum ICAO English Level 4;

  • Valid PPL(A), CPL(A), or ATPL(A) license;

  • Valid ME/IR(A) rating.

What does it cost?

The cost of the MCC training program is 2.300 € (VAT included), which includes all theoretical training, simulator, and instructor fees.
